Our co-founders have each worked in education recruitment for over a decade, bringing a combined 25 years of experience supporting schools with safe, reliable, and compliant staffing. While we have not worked directly within school settings, we have a strong understanding of the statutory responsibilities schools hold, including the requirements set out in Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
