Our Story
Founded by Natalie Bennett and Gina Boyce, EmpowerED was born from a vision to bring a more personable, and purpose-led approach to education recruitment. After years in the sector, we saw how meaningful relationships were often lost to speed and volume. EmpowerED was created to change that – to slow down, listen carefully, and ensure every placement is right for everyone. We know our schools, our educators, and our local communities, and we take pride in supporting them across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Surrey.

Meet the Co-Founders
EmpowerED was built on one belief - that education recruitment should be personal, purposeful, and collaborative.
We are Gina and Natalie - two recruitment professionals who have spent years supporting schools and educators across the South of England. Between us, we have led teams, built businesses, and partnered with countless schools, all with one shared mission: to connect people who care. This isn’t about filling jobs - it’s about building lasting relationships that change classrooms, careers, and lives.
Natalie Bennett - Co-Founder & Director
With over a decade of experience leading successful recruitment teams across London and the South East, Natalie combines big-picture strategy with down-to-earth leadership. She’s known for her energy, empathy, and ability to bring out the best in people whether that’s a team member, a candidate, or a school partner. Natalie’s focus is on creating growth that feels good, purposeful, balanced, and sustainable.
Gina Boyce - Co-Founder & Director
Gina brings warmth, intuition, and authenticity to the team. With deep experience across SEND and Alternative Provision, she understands what makes people thrive in specialist settings. Schools trust her for her honesty, educators value her for her care, and together, those qualities make Gina the calm connector who keeps EmpowerED grounded in what matters most: people.
